Earn $200 in the Employee Referral Program!

ASNC is looking for some great new hires, and we want your input, so we’re offering an increased incentive as of January 1, 2020: $200 for each candidate who is successfully hired based on your referral. See complete rules below.

To refer a candidate, fill out and submit the Employee Referral Form below.

Program rules:

• All ASNC employees – except Director level and above, Human Resources personnel, and managers with hiring authority over the referred candidates – are eligible to refer candidates and receive a bonus. (Referrals for camp positions are not eligible.)
• To be eligible for the bonus, the referring employee must be a current employee (inactive or former employees are not eligible) who is in good standing (i.e., up-to-date on all Relias trainings and certifications, no unbillable hours within the past 30 days, no arrears in regards to payroll, no investigations or suspensions within the past 6 months).
• The referral date cannot be earlier than the date the job requisition was opened.
• The hiring of a referred candidate must occur within 60 days (two months) of the initial referral date.
• The referred candidate cannot have already applied to or previously worked for ASNC.
• The first employee to refer a candidate will be the only referring employee eligible for a referral award.
• Referring employees must submit the referral form to receive the bonus. We will not be checking candidate applications for notes on referrals.
• Only candidates who meet the essential qualifications for the position will be considered.
• All candidates will be evaluated for employment consistent with ASNC policies and procedures.
•  All information regarding the hiring decision will remain strictly confidential.
•  The referring employee must still be employed by ASNC during the hired candidate’s first 30 days of employment to receive payment
•  The referred candidate must work for ASNC for at least 60 days. The referral bonus of $200 will be paid out after the 60 days, in conjunction with payroll.
