The Autism Society of North Carolina Guilford Chapter will be sponsoring upcoming yoga sessions taught by a certified therapeutic yoga instructor from Triad Yoga Institute.
Dates: October 17, November 14, and December 12
Ages – 14 and up
Cost – $5 per session (Bring your own mat if possible)

Target Audience: Consumers with autism of all functioning levels. *Must be able to follow “traditional yoga rules” of being quiet during sessions. Caregivers are welcome to attend as desired.
