The fifth annual Wine for a Reason will include live music with The Johnson Brothers Band, food trucks, a silent auction, and local vendors. All donations, proceeds from auction items, and a portion of the sales that day will benefit ASNC.

Rebecca and Eddie Hurst started Wine for a ReasonĀ four years ago when theirĀ son, Mark,Ā was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. ”Shortly after Mark’s diagnosis, we learned about the Autism Society of North Carolina and all of the wonderful support they give families who live with autism. Ā From that point on, Eddie and I decided we wanted to give back however we could to the ASNC.
Linville Falls Winery was so generous to give us a free venue to host WFAR, and continues to allow us to host the fundraiser at the winery each year.”
