Eligibility Requirements

The following list details criteria needed to apply for staff transfer and promotion:

  • Currently employed as “Full-time” or “part-time”
  • Current performance meets job expectations
  • Meet all qualifications for the open position
  • Have not received formal performance or conduct counseling with a corrective action within the past six months of employment

Process

  1. Staff may informally inquire from human resources or the hiring manager to learn more about a position without notifying their current supervisor.
  2. If a staff member decides to formally apply for consideration of a transfer/promotion, staff must inform their current supervisor of their intent so the current and hiring supervisor can discuss performance and work background.
  3. Formal application can be made via Paycom (using the internal application for the desired position), or by uploading a resume and cover letter (note the position) via the form below.
